new PC build $660 to 750 (CAD)

weird price point because I took taxes out of the equation

I just have a few requirements,

1. the CPU has to be overall better then my old one, an i3-2120

2. 8GB RAM, no more no less

3. not taking any parts from my old PC, my dads gonna take it because he works in Taiwan and I live in Canada.

4. used mostly for gaming and some school stuff

5. I already have a 500 GB hard drive so the build must have a SSD 240GB or higher.

i haven't got many ideas.. thanks in advance :D

If waiting for Pascals/Polaris/Kabylake/Zen is a good idea, I can wait until late June/early July.

Thanks again..

I forgot to mention... 33.64 for Win7 off of kinguin

rationale for the i5 + igpu build: you can add a gpu when nvidia (and possibly AMD) launch their new gpu during mid june, you can use the igpu until then

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
