R9 490 price?

I am wondering about how much the r9 490 might cost? Based on the 390 prices I would think it to be around $450 for the 490 and $500 for the 490x. Would you say that these estimates are about right?

Well you get better driver support so atleast you're paying into a company that constantly releases better stuff.

This happens with everything you will get better performance from a slightly used high end product then a new product, but the 980ti isn't meant to compete with the 490x, and this isn't just for nvidia cards such as a used fury x is better then a new 980, and go for about the same price, but the fury x was never meant to compete with the 980.

Doubt it, this generational improvement is supposed to be a lot bigger. I can easily see the 490X beating the 980 Ti. Your opinion isn't influenced by the fact that you have two of them is it?
