BeQuiet with i6700k

Is it normal that my 6700k oc to 4.1 reatches 90C if maxed out with the bequiet shadow rock 2.

No, it's not normal. How have you applied your thermal compound, and how tight is your cooler on?

Check to make sure its making proper, even contact.. That any protective film was removed, proper thermal compound used, etc..

So is it normal  ore is something wrong 

And it's on tight and the sticker is off and I i out some thermal compound on the processor

About as big as a cooked price of rice in the middle 

And I used the compound that came with the cooler.

that is scary hot, anything over 80-85 Celcius max is bad.

 

are the fans spinning at full speed when it on full load?

Yes they where, but I took the cooler off and put it back on ... Not I have 70C

What software are you using to create load? Also how many votls you are using to keep it stable?

90c is very hot... try to get a better quality thermal compound, and put a about 2 rice grains equivalent on the cpu.
