For Windows 10:

1. Go to Settings/Display

2. Click on Advanced

3. Slide "Fix scaling for apps" to the OFF position.

For Windows 11:

Microsoft in its ongoing quest to "Improve" Windows, ha made this impossible to do without a third party application.

1. The one that I use is GIMP, available free from the Store, and it comes with the required plugin. Its under File/Create and named Screenshot. BEGGING: If you go to their webpage, they have a Donation Button, the application is well worth a few dollars, if you can.
