my gpu usage fluctuates a lot

hey guys

i recently cleaned my pc from dust using tissues and a vaccum cleaner, on blow mode.

After cleaning it, i noticed my mouse lags all the time while on desktop or during gaming (any game) and when i play i get weird hugely fluctuating gpu usage (as seen in the pic i attached), surely my game lags when this happens.

i did not have these issues before i did the cleaning. So what could be the issue and how can i fix ?

PC:

amd ryzen 7 3700x

16 gb ddr4 ram

rtx 3070 from gigabyte

1000w PS

Perhaps the fans are damaged from your cleaning and are fluctuating in speed, which causes temperatures to fluctuate thus causing the GPU to throttle and increase usage.

Have you tried re-seating your GPU?

i just checked the fans (fan speed, fan tachometer) in MSI afterburner, no issues they don't fluctuate.

i did try, still the same

it solved, it was a power issue. i went to control panel and set the power options to high performance.
