GTX 750 Ti Superclocked vs GTX 950 (No 6 pin) Can someone tell me which one is better?

So I was thinking of getting a GTX 750Ti Superclocked since it does what I want and will run fine on my current PSU (350w) however is the GTX 950 (ASUS one without 6 Pin) better and if so, is it worth the extra £40?

a 950 is about ~50% faster than a 750 Ti, so if the £40 is less than 50% price bump, the 950 i guess?

In the photos it shows a 6 pin? I'm guessing that is there for people who upgrade their PSU in the future and want to use a 6pin for OC or is it the wrong GPU?
