Like @Textosterone said , not many people own the 6600k.

Personnally , my 3770k is at 4.6ghz( going higher = voltage compromises )

To what end, why should people care?

Same reason they cared on OCN. So that they know if they got a good bin, average bin, or bad bin. Though, pretty sure we have spreadsheets of these kinds of things somewhere.

If my 6600T counted, I would say "4.5ghz, 1.35v, ASRock Z170 Fatality ITX/AC, ID Cooling IS-VC45". For programs, Prime95, 27 hours for every single FFT length.

1.465v 4.8GHz, when the stupid thing isn't downclocking itself to 800MHz randomly. Still need more time to figure out the source problem. Otherwise, runs great under a custom loop.

4.5GHz @ 1.32V, not bothering wasting a ton of time just to get anything higher with only a little gain

You could just look at the overclocking database and search for 6600k...

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

maybe its downclocking it self because you hafe no fixed voltage, do you have the power plan from windows set to high performence?

I only run fixed voltage on all my systems, voltage is steady besides a little droop down to ~1.45v. Windows high/balanced/custom no difference. Definitely an odd one for me, never encountered anything like this before. I won't have time to deal with it until late next week, gotta get it ready for LanSyndicate.
