I have no idea... it actually looks like a pretty good monitor, but that name is confusing and hilarious xD

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

It's just a marketing ploy. It's just a computer monitor that they gave a fancy name to try getting suckers to buy it. No current console could ever produce graphics to that level.

There are people who know JACK SHIT about monitors and technology and will buy this because it's "console gaming monitor".

Marketing . Just slap the term " console gaming monitor" onto a generic monitor and watch it sell . They wan to take advantage of all the ignorent people out there.

What blows my mind is that this is a 1440p monitor , but consoles struggle to run 1080p. They probably could have gotten away with selling a cheap 1080p monitor for more than that , using that kind of marketing.

No it's not too small :)

And according to the questions & comments, it is 60 hz.  I've never heard of one less than that so I'm not really surprised.

I wouldn't say it's a good monitor at all - at first glance the specs look good but if you read some of the reviews you can see it's a pretty poor panel and backlight actually
