Cannot boot into Windows. Cannot boot into recovery disc. HELP ASAP

I cannot boot into Windows 8 because of this error:

 

A required device is not connected or is not accessible. 

 

I saw my error code once. It was 0xc0000225 (Not sure how many zeros) 

 

There are no options of recovery.

 

I have also tried booting from a Win 8 recovery disc but when loading, my computer shuts off.

 

Help?

Currently running memtest86.

The easiest solution is probably to just put your hard drive in a functioning computer and copy the entire drive over and save whatever files you want to keep and then just do a clean install.
