Why can't you get a bias lighting solution anywhere in canada?

It seems impossible to find an HDTV Bias Lighting kit for sale in Canada that's actually good (USB powered, 6500K light, large enough to support up to 70" TVs). 

 

Antec has their HDTV kit but what is normally a $30 item is now a $70 item on Amazon.ca because nobody else has it in stock (is it EOL? I asked Antec but got no response yet)

 

Then good ones like the Zabiki one (http://www.amazon.com/Lighting-Backlight-Lumens-SECURING-Zabiki/dp/B018HWZCG4/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1455283485&sr=8-3&keywords=bias+lighting) are not able to be shipped to Canada.

 

So where can a Canadian find a bias lighting kit anymore?

Vansky one has no details on it's lights.. so probably not 6500k

 

Antec one is not meant for TV's but monitors, up to 24in.. and also not 6500k
