Baad, Seasonic, Corsair, CM, Silverstone, be Quiet, Fractal Desine are the names you should be looking at

Sparkle / SPI are FSP units (e.g. the SPI Magna Gold Pro 850w is an FSP Aurum Pro 850w unit internally). Looking at the specs of that particular unit, it looks to be based on an old, obsolete platform used to power systems from over a decade ago, where the primary power draw was from the 3.3v/5v rail.
