also a single stick of RAM for better future upgrading

I dont need a more expensive MOBO because im not overclocking, and I've researched that one and this is better for my situation

The case I picked will be fine for my needs because i can custom mod it with some tools i have if worse comes to worse

And I want to run dual channel for etter speed and I wont need more than 16 gb of ram so I'm fine for upgrading

Also rebates are out of the question sorry i just have 1 chance to spend the 700 not get the difference back a few weeks later

Is an SSHD considered as an SSD?

sshd's are pretty unreliable and really that small cache isnt worth it, i will buy an ssd when i have the money, maybe like this christmas

That isn't an overclocking board, it's just that the low end boards are overall fairly crappy with weak power delivery that can lead to an unstable system, which is why H97 is about the minimum you want to go especially for an i5.

If you're going to go that far for your case then just build a custom case with what you have lying around, or find a free something on craigslist

Dual channel RAM offers no real world performance difference over single channel RAM, especially if you're gaming, it makes much more sense just to get a single stick

and Hybrid drives are never really worth it to buy.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/94tBwP Has 380, slightly under budget. (Yes, the 4GB version was cheaper by about 8 dollars)

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/D7YBwP Has 380X, ever so slightly over budget

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ffrCjX Has 380, better MOBO

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WH9Lt6 Has 380, and a dreaded SSD
