Posted January 20, 2016 well... your school most likely blocks said websites with reason. theres many, many ways to get around them, but (as someone that was in the same boat as you not too long ago) i feel like if the school blocks them you shouldnt access them at school. if you want your way around the block, figure it out on your own and learn something by doing it instead of wasting school time and internet on watching cat videos. Posted January 20, 2016 most schools are too dumb to block that its not that most schools are too dumb, its that a lot of the slightly older blocking infrastructure wasnt made to block that, and tends to not be able to. most schools (and other companies for that matter) usually dont bother with blocking individual websites, they buy into a platform that allows them to block categories like "social media" "forums" "video/streaming websites" "forums" "game websites" etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
