What is the best optional Motherboard?

Hi, I was just about to order a new build when I noticed the site I'm ordering from doesn't sell the motherboard I had in mind. What good options are out there? My build goal is good gaming, streaming, CAD/3D modelling, Photoshop, VR Gaming and "future-proof"/Upgradability. I don't really mind whatever price, as long as it's compatible with the rest, "future-compatible" for a lot of the coming standards and has some decent bang-for-the-buck.

 

Alternatively, what's the best way for me to find out about the best alternative?

Sorry, I should have stated that I'm not ordering from those sites - I live in Norway and the import taxes are fairly high. I'm shopping at this site (Compatible Motherboards)
