Best LGA 2011 processor for the money?

I'm looking to buy a used cpu to upgrade my computer. I've got a 3820 right now and I want to get a K series so I can get a true overclock instead of the turbo boost bologna. Whats the best thing I could get performance per dollar wise?

3930K unless you can find a 396/70X for a similar price.
