Spotted this tweet from easyCarClub which confirms they decrypt & email out passwords to customers - even I know that's just stupid! #facepalm

That response is utter garbage, they are using plain text (or reversible encryption that is just as bad). They SHOULD be hashing your passwords so nobody knows your password except you. This is why you get random password reset links (this is how you know its hashed).
