Just Installed Xonar Phoebus. Now what?

As the title says I just installed a Xonar Phoebus and being new to sound cards... what do I do next...?

CPU: i7 6850K RAM: 64GB 3200Mhz Mobo: EVGA Micro2 PSU: EVGA P2 850W GPU: EVGA 1080 Ti FE

Case: Fractal Design Node 804 Cooler: NH-D15S

 

Storage: Samsung 850 Pro 256GBSandisk Ultra II 960GB

 

OS: Windows 10 | Display: LG 34UM94 & Asus PG279Q

boot computer install drivers. plug in speakers or headphones. enjoy ear pounding sound

Install drivers off Asus's website I believe

Installed the drivers already.  I'm assuming I have to do something else though since the audio quality sounds about the same...

Return it and get your money back. You don't need a soundcard for speakers, totally useless (more so than headphones).

I have Beyerdynamic Custom One Pros too.  That's just what they're hooked up too currently.

They are going to sound terrible with that sound card, in all seriousness, return it and buy a real headphone amplifier.

probably just as bad as every other sound card asus makes.

Will work for electronic components and parts

Well you didn't tell me which model, but honestly it doesn't matter what sound card you get, theyre all garbage for the money. If you want to spend less than $100 pick up a fiio e10, if you want to spend more than $100, pick up an o2.
