Mechanical Keyboard Club!

Dave :)

Was thinking of getting the Ducky Shine 3 just for the shiny lights, is it a worthy difference to the Shine 2?

It depends really. Do you want a keyboard that has more flashy light effects while typing/gaming? Or do you want a quality board that is pretty much back lit with some features? If it's the first and you feel like forking over more money, go for the Shine 3. Otherwise if you just want a quality board with some back light features besides on/off then go with the Shine 2. Either way I would probably replace the ABS key caps in the long run with PBTs.

Nice.  That's a red vortex case correct?

Was a initial vortex raw case and had it anodized red.

Looks good even with the shitty camera ;)

Does the "7" comes with an explanation?

And how do you like those headphones?

The headphones are great, as for the 7 it's from Mass Effect's N7, couldn't make a good N so I just made the 7, turned out pretty unique i think.

Ordered mine from there as well.

€209 for the keyboard and €25 for shipping from Finland to Denmark.

Haha! I pay less even though I am a Danish citizen :3

I live in the Kingdom of Denmark, but not Denmark the country itself. :P

This was my first weekend with my first mechanical keyboard, and I dont know if I will be able to go back ever again. I am absolutely in love with my new K70 with the blue switches!

I am seriously considering ordering another K70 with the brown switches just to use in the office lol. You guys have ruined me!

Try browse this thread, r/MechanicalKeyboards or http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/. There are a lot of other keyboards out there than the K70. I'm not saying that the K70 is a bad keyboard but you might find an interesting keyboard that you'd prefer. :)

Added link for that lazy people.

I got it for 900kr which is about 100 euros. It was practically brand new when I bought it so well worth the price.
