what should my new years resolution be?

Right now I'm running 2560x1080 but I feel like a new year deserves a new pixel ratio. I've been considering the next highest 21:9 ratio resolution but 4K has also been alluring, and apparently 8K may be coming in 2016. I just don't know what to pick.

I don't really think 8k is really soon to come. 4k media is still quiet rare and I can't even find a 4k monitor in stores in my country, it is barely getting mainstream at phones. Then there's no actual standard to drive 8k (for now), and no single GPU can actually reach 4k60 on the newest heaviest tittles
