First Ever Build - Any Suggestions?

Well just for being future proof really. I am not saying he absolutely needs it but is just a nice little extra power for other things like hosting with friends and so on.

Ok, Really no need more than 16 GB though. 16GB is already future proofed enough for gaming.

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

WD Green 1TB - Seagate 2.5" HDD 1TB - Seagate Barracuda 500GB - Antec X1 E.

Ok, well I thought people may have gathered the 32GB was for lols. I just found it weird that I was being questioned about it. Sorry if I sound angry.

I believe I have everything the way I want it, but must ask a few more questions before completing everything, I'm quite new to building PC's. Firstly, how many case fans should I need for the build? Secondly, this is overclockable correct? Lastly, is there any benefit to go with the 390x? Or could I go with the 390? Sorry for all the questions, but this would help a lot.
