I have been thinking to get skylake, but I dont know is it worth the extra cost. Here it costs about 100€ more to get a skylake cpu, mobo and ram.

What do you think?

Also, the board needs to be mAtx and there isnt really any Z170 mAtx boards :/

Just stick with a 4690k/4790k and spend the extra money on a nicer PGU.

Worth is subjective. I know i'm having a ton of fun with it right now, overclocking a Pentium G4400 and DDR4. DDR4 overclocking is a breeze, and i am at the point where even my latency is lower than DDR3. As far as costs go, it's not much higher than Haswell (DDR4 has dropped so low, you can find 8gb kits for $45 easily) and CPU cost is only high because supply is low. Board prices are also identical to Z97, at least here in the US. A friend of mine from Estonia showed me just how bad the price difference can be where he is from x.x

Also, there are quite a few mATX boards out right now. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#c=110&f=7&L=4

Thanks you all for replying:)

I will have to think about this a while, becouse it would be my first build and I dont want everything to go wrong xD (I am not saying that 4690k would be a catastrophy) I just need the upgrade path for future.

in that case you defiantly want skylake
