HELP: Screen Tearing in CS:GO

So basically I started a matchmaking match and noticed that my computer was screen tearing once I got into the game (Eg: I start running around a corner then I get taken back to before I turned the corner). 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I'm in a race to get to LE, currently MG1

Lock your framerate in the driver to 60Hz.

"Screen Tearing" Could mean two things.

If it's the annoying tearing effect in the middle of the screen, then Vertical Sync may be off.

By your description, it sounds like your internet isn't really up to par.

Try to reduce your ping by using a wired Ethernet setup, or move your router and computer closer together if you're using wireless.

Well it look like internet.. because i had screen tearing when i play on my laptop (Wifi) and when i plugged in my Ethernet the screen tearing is reduce by a lot. What is your in game ping? I have not notice any screen tearing .. and im running with around 200-300 fps.. don't lock your frame rate, the higher the better even if you have 60hz monitor.

That sounds like high ping lag, not screen tearing lol

That's not screen tearing that's rubber banding. Internet related. Check your network performance monitor and see If a program is sucking it up.

My ping in-game is about 10 most of the time (with the occasional spikes). I've been playing on a laptop without an Ethernet cable plugged in; I'll try plugging it into an Ethernet cable.

Your internet connection should become much more stable whilst connected via Ethernet.

As said above, that sounds like rubber banding. It can happen even with low ping.

Funny how I never have these kind of issues... (I would try V-sync you will have some input lag but meh)
