The original (ver2.0) is based on tests. Here's the source. It's explained in the first comment.

I find the tier list on toms hardware far more reliable

Yes, That's why I asked if the tierlist from LTT is based on test or PCMR because tests are way more trustworthy than PCMR. Like Naeaes said the Tom's Hardware list is based on tests which is good for me :)

Yes, That's why I asked if the tierlist from LTT is based on test or PCMR because tests are way more trustworthy than PCMR. Like Naeaes said the Tom's Hardware list is based on tests which is good for me :)

The one on our forum is far better. The others like to put rebrands of various PSUs on different tiers, mainly Seasonic units from Antec and XFX etc. The list @anniallation made fixes that.
