I can second this, I take melatonin every day due to my sleep problems

I also have trouble sleeping, but I have vacation still until the 3rd of September, so this is normal.

Story of my life. Then again, I have just brought it on myself to not sleep at the right times. I've made it a habit to sleep late although I may still get problems trying to sleep after I close everything down.

Well theres one perfect 100% thing. Buy Vodka A LOT of it and drink! Apart from huge hangover and killer farts that will get you taken as a live biological bomb youll get a nice sleep.

Diphenhydramine, do you know it?

 

Find it as an allergy medicine or generic sleep aid, it's probably less than 5 USD equivalent. Take half the recommended dose and split the pill in half or thirds.

 

I usually take one if I need to wake up early since my sleep cycle definitely does not permit that. It has very few if no side effects (IIRC only slight water retention)

I'm not a fan of drugs, I usually refuse to take any other medication that my benadryl that keeps me from suicide(if you have allergies then you will know my feel)

Best solution if you can't sleep, its simple your body is not tired, if you work insane hours and do lots of exersise, you will sleep so easy.

 

take up swimming or something and you will be so tired you will sleep. or more gaming
