Best solution if you can't sleep, its simple your body is not tired, if you work insane hours and do lots of exersise, you will sleep so easy.

 

take up swimming or something and you will be so tired you will sleep. or more gaming

I think the problem lies in that I did not quite reach the toilet when I puked last night so I used the whole night on cleaning up after myself and slept to 13:30 today LOL

Funny thing is that I have really shitty thin concrete walls, my nephew threw a rock in to a wall here and it went right through LOL

This thing happens to me every school year. I go to bed like 1:00 because my mom comes yelling at me and says he will cut the power (lies). So I go to bed and just lay there for like 4-5 hours because I cant sleep. This time I will just all nighter in and go to sleep at a good time so my sleep cycle will go back to normal.
