How durable is the Razer DeathAdder mouse?

Hazenga

I currently play CS:GO with my Roccat Kova + mouse, used it for a year now. There is glue coming out of the parts in the sides, I have covered the sides with see through tape. Is the sensor good etc.?

Should I buy the Razer DeathAdder? Many people say it's the best mouse, but is the build quality great, is it durable?

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

Solitaire.

Razer's build quality is said to be very sketchy.

So what do you guys recommend? For CS:GO. I want something that is durable, great for claw/semi-claw.

I use a G502 and im in MGE. It's nice but perhaps could be a little lighter?

Try looking at Logitechs stuff, along with Steelseires

Microsoft intellimouse has the max speed of 1.5 m/s on overclock to 500 hz

It's not that great if you are playing cs go at low sens because you would probably makes swipes higher than 3.0 m/s

If you wanted the intellimouse, get a Zowie EC1-A or the steelseries rival.

Zowie EC2-A if you're wanting the Deathadder's size and shape for CS:GO.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

The IME3.0 is really, really old and has been out of production for a number of years now. Personally, I got a DeathAdder trying to replace my IME3.0. After that, I went with a Zowie EC1, which was really, really good. Still works and it'll soon be 3 years since I got it. There's a newer version of the EC1, the EC1-A. Another option worth looking into might be CM Storm Alcor.

However, you should never, ever buy a mouse because a pro player you know/like uses it. Pretty much all pro players are sponsored, so they are obligated by a contract to use specific mice. Even if that is not the case, the most important thing about a mouse is how it fits with your hand. You could have the best, most amazing mouse in the world, but if you can't grip it comfortably and keep fiddling with it, it's going to suck for you.

I own and use, sorted from newest to oldest: SteelSeries 6Gv2. Microsoft SideWinder X4. Mionix Naos 7000. Zowie EC1 Evo. Microsoft SideWinder X8. Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0. Dell U2414H. Samsung P2270H. AKG K273 Pro. Sennheiser HD555. Razer Goliathus Speed Medium. Func 1030 L. Qpad CT Medium.

I used to own: Razer DeathAdder 3G. Razer Krait. IntelliMouse Optical 1.1. SteelSeries QcK.

Had my deathadder for 3 years now and it's going strong.

I'm LEM if that matters.

Tempted to get the rival fade edition but I'll need to do some research on the sensor.

This is a good little guide but its out dated.
