Asus GT 730 4GB or Gigabyte GT 730 2GB?

Going with a low powered CPU like G3250 so don't want to put a good GPU with it.

But thanks for the suggestion if I had goen for a better CPU I would definitely put the GTX750Ti. :)

 

Put one in regardless.

 

The games you may end up playing anyway will suit that card down anyway, and won't require much in the way of CPU horsepower anyway. Get a 750 Ti. You'll be doing yourself a favour by not handicapping yourself.

EVGA and Galax would disagree

 

I have an EVGA 970 and regret not going with the Gigabyte one since it easily pushes 100-150 MHz higher.

Damn you really hate Nvidia lol. The G1 Gaming 970 is such an awesome gpu.

I hate Asus and Gigabyte for their crappy products and awful support. My 280 is pretty much dead and I am currently on a 860M

I've always recommended the 980 Ti over the Fury X and a 950 over a 370. I just recommend the better product

I dunno, I'd start recommending the Fury X instead now. It's dropped so much in price that it's pretty much the better buy right now.

if it weren't for the 3.5GB thing on the 970 that prevents the card from caching into SYS RAM I'd be recommending that.
