Cheapest build for light gaming

Clanscorpia

Doing some research into GPU's made me find a spec chart on Nvidia's website where with the 950, they ran GTA5 at 45 FPS at max settings of 1080p, and the games that I usually play at over 100. This got me thinking "Do I really need an R9 380?", and I tried looking for the cheapest build for the games I play, but I'm defenitly not the best at it :P. This is my current spec sheet idea and I want to know what you guys think of it.

I was looking for cheaper PSU's but because I know like 0 about them, I just went with a high quality one that's pretty cheap so if anything, I'd downgrade that first. What else would you guys change for these games: Skyrim, DDO, Wurm Online, DOTA2, Minecraft, ROK, some sports and racing games, and some indie games. I'd like this build to be as cheap as possible and I'd like to be able to play these games at 60fps at near max settings for the lighter games and 60fps at medium settings for the heavier ones at 1080p or 1440x900.

I would personally go with an 860k and an R9 380x (if that's affordable).

Sig under construction.
