Monitor suddenly won't turn on?

Go to solution Solved by BobyTheDragon,

Im going to guess at kinda random here. Maybe the you have tightened the screws to much so the monitors plastic shell is squeezing the port maybe?

I got a wall mount for my monitor and I mounted it on the wall. I plugged in the power for the monitor and struggled to plug in the display port to the monitor and now I can't get it plugged in. Idk why but I didn't have to force it before and now I have to. What do you think is wrong? I have the ROG PG278Q monitor.

Have you tried plugging every thing in, testing it, then hook it back onto the wall mount?
