Witcher 3 + DLC or Fallout 4?

Im thinking about buying one of these, or maybe both but Im thinking mostly Witcher 3 since I love games like that. I did have Fallout 3 and NV but i never finished them since i found them boring and Im thinking about F4 because i dont want it to be like that again.

Yeah probably witcher in that case

Fallout 4 isn't going to be vastly more exciting if you didn't like the previous games

If you think you'll like The Witcher get that one. I never liked Fallout 3 or NV but I love Fallout 4 its a toned down version of Fallout menu wise.

Witcher 3 is better for story main quest and side... fallout is better for freedom, I enjoyed witcher better than I'm enjoying Fallout. So it depends on what you enjoy doing more.

My opinion, i dont like the witcher games. But if you like the witcher series, then get that but i would go Fallout 4 personally.

The Witcher 3 is the best game I have ever played, I played it through 3 times now already, the DLC is awesome as well. Get that one :)

witcher series is awesome, you wont regret it

 

no need to mod its fancy from begin if you put settings up

Personally I preferred Fallout 4 over Witcher. FA4 is my GOTY because of the freedom and improved features of the previous games (plus the mods coming out look great)

FO4 isn't really anything more then what FO3 or NV were. So I think you are way better off with Witcher 3. And Witcher 3 is technically, graphically and quest vise a superior game compared to FO4. And as long as you like the setting of Witcher 3 you're in for a treat.

I beg the differ. I got bored within the first 5 minutes and things in that game are purely annoying.

I bet your penis you're wrong. Well IDK, what is the Oscar equivalent to gaming now? There has been a new award show every year for awhile now.

 

Witcher will def get some GOTY awards from magazines and stuff but think FA4 will win just as many. Even tho Witcher 3 was successfully both critically and financially, the first 2 were more cult classics and the series wasn't widely know until 3. Fallout has had a large following for over a decade. I personally got bored of Witcher quickly (and I actually won 2 extra copies from contest xD I was like "why can I get this kind of luck with games I want!" (before anyone asks, sold all my copies already)

 

I beg the differ. I got bored within the first 5 minutes and things in that game are purely annoying.

Nothing against anyone but swapping weapons takes 1000 hours just to find it has no ammo to look around endlessly for ammo to shoot 80 times to kill one enemy 

 

Wahh? How are you playing it? I use a PS3 controller (with 360 config..yea gets confusing sometimes.) and it's easy to weapon swap either from the pip boy or the favorites tab. For the ammo thing, it's a lil hard in the beginning but once you find stores and stuff, you will be swimming in ammo (especially since some perks increase ammo found in crates). Plus you can upgrade weapons to increase magazine capacity if that is too low. Plus plus, a recent mod lets you craft ammo now (haven't tested it but saw good reviews)

 

Plus plus plus, if you lvl up properly you can easily kill non-legendary/bosses enemies with a few hits. I haven't even used half my lvl perks but can kill enemies with 1-3 hits with rifles, laser, plasma, and pistol weapons (suck at melee).

Sound like a whole bunch on grinding and dying. I'll stick to GTA V and CSGO

 

No grinding at all. Leveling in FA4 is actually too easy now. I got all the way to lvl 20 just from building and playing around with my settlements. Even from the beginning I had lil trouble killing with the intro weapons (10mm, pipe gun, etc.). My first death didn't happen until I explored a little too far out and got bitched by "Swan" (special boss hiding in a open location. Already a ton of videos of players fighting it if you are wondering who it is)

 

Ps - Lvling in GTAV is a pain in da ass (unless you are one of the ppl that used exploits to get to lvl 200 or something)

I didn't say I grind in GTA V I just drive cars and planes around doing what I want and playing mini games like AH. I don't know it could because I don't like story games.
