You're still paying £150 for an overclock, I guess some people are fine with that.

An overclock that isn't guaranteed to work on all chips (most likely won't). But then again that much of an overclock and it still can't beat an Intel =/

Motherboard - Asus X99 Deluxe CPU - Intel i7 5930k RAMCorsair LPX 16 GB GPU - GeForce GTX 980 x 2 DAC/AMP - Asus Xonar Essense STU Storage - Samsung 850 Pro 512 GB x 2 (Raid 0) PSU - Corsair AX1200i Case - Custom Star Citizen M50 Cooling - Custom water loop

You are paying +£150 for an gold binned CHip which is definitly clocking at 5Ghz, and mostly even more.. considering you use LN2 you will be clocking this thing like hell..

well.. paying extra for a gold binned chip which is pre overclocked like hell is one thing... buying two 8350 (~same price) and hoping one of em clocks like that is another.

You can't buy this CPU in my country...

Which country?

seriously.. look how hard they dropped the price.. asking for another drop is rude and unfair, since those chips are goldly binned and precisly choosen FX 8350's. The new pricing is more then fair, for extreme overclockers.

Still doesn't make me interested, but at least its at an ok price point. You're paying 150 dollars for the best binned 8350 there is.... I'd rather just have the 8350, or even 8320 and use the saved money elsewhere.

I still don't see the point in getting a CPU thats worse in pretty much every way to an Intel counterpart. Even if it costs more you would be getting better performance and cheaper running costs.

That 5ghz chip is actually as fast as a sandybridge E 6 core on stock.

Yes a Sandy Bridge-E.......but how old is that chip know. IvyBridge-E is coming out soon probably and will hopefully perform really well.
