Posted November 4, 2015 Alright so I'm from the UAE, going to visit Ireland, I'll be leaving Dubai's international Airport on the 29th and I'll arrive on the same day at noon. I have yet to plan anything to do there, I'll be staying for about a week, until Friday the 4th to be exact. I'll be staying in Dublin, I have no idea what to expect other than it being freezing cold, so are there anything so that I can do when I'm there? I'll be going there with 5 other people. Posted November 4, 2015 Yeah, we're going to Dublin lol Dublin is in the central-northern part of the country, but by 'Northern Ireland' I assume they meant the portion that is part of the United Kingdom… the far north-eastern corner of the island. Dublin is within the Republic of Ireland and I imagine it's a fantastic place to visit. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dublin#Climate Average temperature information is on Wiki. It's going to seem quite cold to someone accustomed to the Middle East. But due to being surrounded by warm ocean currents, it's quite mild for how far north it is. I don't know if the stereotypes about rain are entirely true, but rainfall in some cities in Ireland averages as much in a month as Dubai gets all year (not that that's saying much).
