2gb of GDDR5. Much faster, capacity doesn't do much if you can't use it.

What are the specific two GPU's?

GDDR5 is way better - GPU with 4GB DDR3 VRAM is dumb. Since you are asking that question, I think that you are looking into cheap GPUs. Don't buy them - they are horrible. The cheapest one that's worth getting is GTX 750 or R7 360, 260, 260x.

DDR5? Does it already exist? Back to the future? My PC is still using DDR4.

What are the specific two GPU's?

My guess is either the two version of the 850M or 950M or a 740.

Get the R7 360, it's a lot better. If you can find a 260x that's closely priced to the R7 360 - get it.

R7 360.

Guessed that too, but in the end it were different GPU's :)

what about GTX750Ti

That would performs as equally as the r7 360 in most games. The r7 360 is your best bet so far, unless the 750 Ti is cheaper or is at the same price. If it is at the same price then consider whether you want to go AMD or Nvidia based on the features and freebies (if any exist) they offer.

what about r7 365a and r7 360x

R7 365 and the r7 360x don't exist! It must have been the r7 265 and the r7 260x.

The r7 260x performs usually as much as the r7 360 *the r7 360 is basically a r7 260x*

The r7 265 however is pretty good and will get pretty close to the r9 270 and r7 370 so I'd get it if I could afford it.

I have a freind that does some medium level 1080p gaming and he's running a 250X, so I'm fairly sure that the 360 would be MUCH better than the 730, since anything below a 750 is (in my opinion) not really worth buying.  Someone alreay posted a link to the 240 video linus made.  Austin Evans also made a good video on VERY budget ended video cards.

Austin's Video:

His vid does a GREAT job of breaking-down the memory ofeach card and talking why you should spend just a littel bit more.
