I haven't held a console controller since PS2.... Was kinda bummed Dragon Quest Online was Japanese only and even though this does not look like a traditional DQ title, I must try it at least once! I take DQ8 every time I travel for work and hook it up to the hotel TV when there are no chubby chicks at the bar in the lobby. Never completed the Dragovian trial yet... one day i'll get that done one of these years lol

 

Is DQ Heroes just a hack and slash action game with infamous characters from the whole series?

I'm going to be picking up my copy of DQH next week. 60 FPS goodness for a PS4 game. :)

 

Edit: DQ Heroes is a game like Dynasty Warriors but a cross over like Hyrule Warriors was.

Okay well buy the game first then your options are:
 

1. Costco - Buy PS4 then return after 90 days

2. Bestbuy, Target and like every other retailer -  Buy PS4 then return after 30 days

 

Unfortunately you can't return the game. If you choose option 2, you can just rebuy it at same store or another store.

They are actually x86 machines. So it would only involve cracking the API, however unlikely that might be.
