There isn't really a difference between those two apart from the colour things you get on the block.

The NZXT Kraken X61 would be a good choice. I would suggest the Noctua NH-D15 as it cools like a BEAST, but you think it's ugly. I think it looks good, but I'm in the minority.

An alternative air cooler that has good performance would be the bequiet! Dark Rock 3. Not as good as the NH-D15, but a lot of people agree that it looks better. I disagree, but again, I'm the minority.

You could get the Noctua NH-D14 (the NH-D15 predecessor) and stick Noctua NF-P14 redux fans (they're grey) on it, then at least you won't have to look the signature poop brown and vomit tan Noctua fans.

EDIT: I've just remembered that there are some 360mm AIO coolers on the market. I've just found such an example. http://www.amazon.com/Thermaltake-Ultimate-Enthusiast-Cooling-CL-W007-PL12BL-A/dp/B00MPIDYTO

In tests h110i gt is better then this thermaltake http://www.hardocp.com/article/2015/03/11/corsair_hydro_h110i_gt_ext_perf_aio_cpu_cooler_review/3#.VhFHfPntlBc

So better take pro3 then h110i gt?

That link shows the H110i GT is better at stock, but the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate is better when overclocked and audio tests.

When I jump into watercooling, I'll be building a custom loop as you have greater customisability. Until them, I'm sticking with my NH-D15. But that's just me.

The difference is so miniscule i don't see the triple rad being justified. Just get a corsair H110i GT/GTX or a NZXT Kraken X61 and use the rest of the budget on really good fans, like Noctua NF-A14s or Venturis

I'm thinking about Air Series AF140

Don't get those...they are barely average. Good fans are worth investing in, trust me.

Venturi 12/14?

What if wc broke? Did this water can make short circuit?

venturi hp-14 pwm

And leaks are a risk, a tiny one, but something to consider. I recomend inspecting the unit before installing it, nowadays they come with long warraties, but inspect it before using anyway since, water on your mobo/GPU would be disastrous

It's VERY rare, it has happened, but i've also seen motherboards break over heavy heatsinks, all solutions have some degree of risk, but given the overall experience people have had with AIOs i would say they are very safe for the most part. As long as you don't buy one that is known to have issues like the cooler master Glacer 240, corsair in general is very, very reliable.

But there is some % that it can destroy my pc and warranty won't fix it?

In conclusion air cooling is safer

Yeah, it is safer, but i insist that the risk with an AIO is very small nowadays, i wouldn't have one my PC otherwise.

For the most part, yes. Corsair specially makes very good coolers but ships very loud fans.
