To be fair, these guys also have a click bait title, but at least they give a little bit more relevant details. She works for a real estate company and she boss, who is Bird's husband, that Bird was not displaying any of her properties in the window. I'm going to guess that real estate works on commission, and you only get paid according to how much you sell (someone correct me if I'm wrong). It's hard to sell anything when the person whose responsibility it is to display your properties is not doing so. The fact that she called her a "naughty schoolgirl for running to the teacher" shows she was doing it on purpose. She would also hand out printouts to everyone else in the office except her.

 

Do I think unfriending on facebook should be one of the things considered in the 20 claims of incidence? No, that's fucking dumb. However, we have 2 other incidents (yes, refusing to greet her especially when she has a higher position than her can make an employee feel like an outsider; other employees might even be afraid to deal with her because they're scared of Mrs Bird) that definitely constitute workplace bullying. The fact that the boss is this woman's husband only compounds the issue.
