Metro IMO is the best skin, most of the others are either really ugly and weird looking or anime based. I use Metro as well and I love it!

I sometimes just get cash money and give to a friend to gift it to me

Air for Steam is actually pretty nice imo, but I may change to metro since it looks pretty nice.
