So My ISP Doubled Our Internet Speed Today

Went from 75 down and 6 up, to...

And they didn't even tell us? I checked the website and it is not an error, they upgraded their entire network. Man am I ever a happy guy today. :D

Lucky my ISP halved mine today. They did it at like 8pm as they closed. So I have to wait till the morning to fix it.

Around June I had my speeds increased, for free, from 50Mbps/5Mbps to 300Mbps10Mbps.

they did something similar in alaska recently where they got gig internet and everyone with the "red" package got it for free no extra charge. Only different begin they made a big deal about it for obvious reasons

you should call Windstream. I have Windstream and it's one of the best DSL service you'll find. I'd suggest it's either the modem you have (their equipment that give you is complete shit) or a line is down in your area.

Nah. It's my own modem and it's excellent; transfer speeds from the modem itself are super high! It's just the ISP. All lines are up. In my area, from time to time, they lower the speed if you use the Internet too often. True story. I don't know where you live, but where I live, it's the worst.
