i got an image to install firmware version (150) but the hp p222 controller dose not the right version on it ive tried the original version of 3.54 and flashed 4.54 and 8.32. getting errors on firmware out of date and later versions of hardware not supported the controller is on the supported list would you know @leadeater?

just a few questions is an hp controller required for updating hp sas enclosures or will any do. (i just use an lsi one atm) and how would one get an firmware image. hp seems to require an active warranty to download if so a recomended hp raid controller maybe just for updating or a reasonable one to switch too i have a mix of hp d2600 (x4) and d2700 (x1)

im just swapping os drives out for bigger ones.the 120gb ssds are abit too small these days.would the licence stay active?

dose anyone know the best way to clone windows server 2016 os install as a home user and not as a company and the subsequent costly licences to go with it. its used as a home sever for storage plex and game servers time for time
