Destroying CSGO, ping through the ass....

 

Only conclusion i found was this..

Going back to 8.1 and never moving again, it's horrific that MS never gave us the option to disable shitty updates.

I have no problems. The only issue with CSGO right now are the FPS drops because of the recent patch.

Perhaps if you built a powerful enough rig with a sufficient internet connection, maybe you wouldn't have that problem OOOOhh J.k. but seriously though what's your internet connection like? slow?

Must be everyone else's fault on the forums too.

it will only effect your ping if it's causing you internet problems but if everything else works it's pro lay the new cs go update it's broke a lot of stuff but they hot fixed it

I was fed up of it also and went back to windows 7 this afternoon, It deleted my programs? Thinking they were bad&pirated? Also used to tab me out of games for random emergency updates which I couldnt stop (Causing me to get a 7 day ban in CS:GO Once...) Which shut down my pc for. And it uses 100% of disk on every startup each time. It also took a hell of a long time compared to Windows 7.

 

Windows 7 Boot from Nothing to Complete Desktop - 17.09

Windows 10 Boot from nothing to Complete Desktop - 49.32

 

It was tremendously slow and caused me numerous problems. I did clean install it, Twice. I'm using a 2TB Hardrive as I have no SSD, I was on a budget.

Also heard the roumor they are downloading via windows updates to win 7 - 8.1 systems the like 8-10Gb files for windows 10 without asking...and I'm sitting over here on the OEM side of windows with updates disabled like :

Just do the registry edit and disable them, I remember doing for windows 8 to stop it auto updating on my slow connection.
