Hey guys I just found out that my grandmother worked on the Intel dev team for the first prototype of the first Intel laptop. And now I have the laptop.

Any idea of worth or rarity? She said there were 8 others in the team. I think this might be only one out of a couple.

Edit: So the  Dev team was called something along the lines of Adl or Atl. It was the engineering team that later created a little chip called the intel pentium.

Thanks, Griffin

And wow you guys respond fast.

It came out before the Pentium and a little after the apple portable: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_laptops#Osborne1

Intel has been around for a while. If this story is true, she likely worked there as a middle-aged woman.

something a lot of people actually dont know is that a lot of the pioneering stuff actually had a lot of women involved.

the first "computer bug" was found by a lady, which then got world famous for it.

Yeah she worked there when she was around 45ish she also worked for countless other tech companies. And her husband worked for techtronics. I have a pretty techy fam.
