Friend has this exactly, you will be throttled by the i3 but you can play on high-very high above 60fps MOST of the time, turn down grass and shadows and it helps. Consider upgrading your processor to an i5 if you want smoother frames though.

the i3 tends to limp a bit when games are optimized for 4 cores, but it could be MUCH worse.
