For a $1000 build Id get a better motherboard.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

the cpu will not change due to the fact that it's enough for what he want. he doesn't care about heat or noise so 212 evo was voted out the case is a subjective choice and your psu is overkill imo but thanks for your opinion the other part will be taken into account

reason for this ?

interesting but psu overkill imo

Reason why I suggest a better motherboard is better features, more expansion, and generally better build quality.

The PSU is an investment and the most important thing in a system. It also is not really 650w that are usable if you want to say on the safe side it's actually less than 580w and most of the time the PSU tends to outlives the rest of the components because while a CPU and GPU can become outdated by newer technology the power coming from your wall will stay the same so if you decide to upgrade to a more power hungry CPU and/or GPU then you won't have to worry about power restrictions.

I don't care about pretty much all that except build quality but I don't care about ressending a DOA and in my experience if a board is not DOA it is pretty hard to kill by normal usage

I totally agree with you on all that but money is expensive
