I wanted to build a computer to be able to record decent quality video and stream light games like cs go and H1Z1. Is a graphics card like the 960 enough? I have a Intel Core i5-4690K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150  cpu chip. Is this enough for streaming?

i have no idea what u guys are saying

ANSWER MY QUESTION

Sure, if it would get enough fps in the games you will be playing.

I would probably recommend a 970Ti for smooth streaming and gaming. CPU is good enough.

970 Ti does not exist..

And if you meant 980 Ti, that is probably waaaay over budget as it more than 3 times more expensive

CPU is decent, streaming is more about internet than computer power though.  A 960 I believe would again be a decent card, though I'm not sure if it would bottleneck an i5 or not, I'd try to get a 970 just to be safe.

Q: Do I have a virus?!
A: If you didn't click a sketchy email, haven't left your computer physically open to attack, haven't downloaded anything sketchy/free, know that your software hasn't been exploited in a new hack, then the answer is: probably not.

Q: What email/VPN should I use?
A: Proton mail and VPN are the best for email and VPNs respectively. (They're free in a good way)

Q: How can I stay anonymous on the (deep/dark) webzz???....

A: By learning how to de-anonymize everyone else; if you can do that, then you know what to do for yourself.

Q: What Linux distro is best for x y z?

A: Lubuntu for things with little processing power, Ubuntu for normal PCs, and if you need to do anything else then it's best if you do the research yourself.

Q: Why is my Linux giving me x y z error?

A: Have you not googled it? Are you sure StackOverflow doesn't have an answer? Does the error tell you what's wrong? If the answer is no to all of those, message me.

Plannin on getting dual 970s can i just buy two 970s or do i have to buy a dual kit?

you can just buy two yeah, no need to get a 'kit' (which doesn't exist)

but you do need an SLI bridge

What's there to laugh about? 4690K can perform better in many if not all games (at 1080p) than what the 960 allows to.. That's why the 4690K doesn't bottleneck the 980, 980 Ti.. Pretty much anything.

Doesn't mean it's bad, it just means the 4690K can perform better than what a 960 only can

It's not about internet... You only need about 4Mbps upload

I know of a lot of people who have download slower than that.
