If i do a clean install will my other staff gone ?

I just installed windows 10 and i cannot access settings.

I get this message when i try to open settings.

You did a upgrade install didn't you?

LOL, my thoughts exactly. My store app doesn't work so if OPs store isn't then that's a problem right there.

Well if you're too lazy to back up your data, you're going to be too lazy to do a OS install right.  Backing up your data is quite literally less than 5 clicks away in today's world.
