I don't know what kind of help you're looking for, but I can give advice if you need any. I'd like to think I'm arguably one of the least biased people here and I don't enjoy making enemies, so I don't typically point out people's flaws unless they come after me first. Not sure the LTT forum is the best place to look for a friend (because we're generally a hostile crowd), but good luck on your search.
