This week's question:

What are your peripherals?

 

Mine:

Trust ClassicLine keyboard (membrane)

Huion H420 with full area

QuickFire TK 0.4mm o-rings (Cherry MX Brown)

Corsair K70 (Cherry MX Blue)

Wacom CTL480 with custom Tablet Cover

For anyone that doesn't know Cherry MX Reds/Blues/Browns are all the same actuation force to depress them which is 45 Grams

Reds didnt have that stop Blue does

Then why are browns more recommended than blues for Osu?

dat tablet area. I have no idea how you play with that. I can't play with anything less than full area :S

There is no stop, if your talking about that tactile clicking portion of the switch it means nothing since they will still reset at the same speed, red are overall "faster" cause they are liner switches. I can do 220 BPM streams with Cherry MX Blues and then go to Reds or Browns and do the same thing with ease.

 

Then why are browns more recommended than blues for Osu?

Browns are more linear then Blues still so they are still a "faster" switch

My tablet is also larger than yours, so I don`t think you would use full area if you had my tablet.

My tablet is also larger than yours, so I don`t think you would use full area if you had my tablet.

I've never had it disabled course I'm playing full screen 1920x1200p

Razer Abyssus (old model) - I need a new one though, because I don't like the LOD and it has only 3 DPI steps - will probably pick up a SS Rival at some point

Whenever I've seen tablet set up guides, they've always said to disable it.

Full screen is recommended for lower input latency

 

 

Whenever I've seen tablet set up guides, they've always said to disable it.

I never have or have had a need to, course Windows Ink had some issues with Wacom Tablets when windows 8 launched. Since then things have been fine.

Full screen is recommended for lower input latency

I tried full screen but I didn't how big everything is. :(

Try it for a few days and don`t switch back.

how many press there is on 220BPM stream ?

Depends on the spacing and the timing for the song. it could be 6th/8th/16th/32nd/64th notes it all varies based on the mapper.

i have a suggestion for the thread. How about we do like "Beatmap of the week", each member post their favorite beatmap on each week, and gave the reason why. doesn't have to be a new beatmap, the one you like the most in that time. what do you think?
