No, not worth the time or the money, I would much rather they spent their time on something better like making(porting) RDR for PC. 

Will GTA V support DX12?

maybe in 2 years

 

 

GTA 6 probbly will but i doubt  5 will.

by support i mean use its full potential

no because they would have to redo a lot of things, not worth the time. plus gpus would have to support dx12 games etc.

GTA Online most likely will but not too sure about GTA V.

considering online shares the game engine with the singleplayer I doubt they will just release it for GTA online or single player.

Well yea, they masewell just give it to single player. So there is a pretty good chance it will come to GTA V since don't they plan on just expanding GTA Online instead of making a whole new game hence why there is GTA Online and GTA V?

In theory they would have to rewrite a lot of the code. There isn't any reason really to make it support DX12 when its already DX11. Pushing forward new games might be DX12 but only if they started development very recently.

 

Bottom line, there isn't enough money in making it DX12 supported especially this far after launch.
