say i buy the i5 4690k but then the skylake somehow (will probably never happen) makes it outdated can i uograde to the 4790k

Please change the SSD to something better. The Kingston V300 series isn't asreliable for some that are around the same price point, like the A-Data SP900

Yes. The V300s have that controller problem which has plagued them for quite some time.

Only if it has the same socket type, but it most likely won't.
