I checked Intel website To see new processors for laptops Because I plan to buy a new laptop And found two new mobile processors that support ECC memory!!

 They are good for mobile workstation that have 4 processing cores and they ar 5th generation. They using FCBGA1364 socket.

Well the chip supports it but it's unlikely they'll ever implement it, there might be one or two workstation laptops with Quadros that would have it. It's expensive and there's no need for 99.9% of people. The Haswell i3s support ECC as well but it almost never gets utilized.

That's just a side effect of un-stressful use caused by stress. Bipolar mode has some weirdly normal consequences.

ECC support also depends on the chipset...

if you run a Xeon on z97 you cant use ecc mem
